Special features of lighting for volleyball and basketball courts
- Volleyball: To avoid glare when looking at high balls, the luminaires should not be installed in the area of the ceiling that is directly above the playing field. This protects the players from annoying light reflections and improves the view of the ball.
- Basketball: No lights should be installed within a radius of four meters above the basketball hoops. This prevents glare and ensures clear visibility when shooting and rebounding.
